About the role
We’re looking for generalist software engineers that are excited to work on different parts of the stack: frontend, backend, infrastructure, data, AI and ML. Our engineers have the opportunity to work on everything engineering touches.
You’ll build software from scratch for both our clients, so they can have seamless first-rate trips, and for our Travel Curators, to integrate AI and supercharge their workflow.
As a member of our growing engineering team, you’ll play a part in defining the engineering culture here at Origin and participate in evolving our engineering organization by mentoring other engineers, interviewing, and helping define engineering-wide procedures.
About you
You strive in a startup environment; knowing how to ship features quickly while producing reliable, clean, well tested code.
You are comfortable leading projects and being self sufficient, while also comfortable working in a highly collaborative engineering and cross functional environment.
You have a love and passion for travel!
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of full time general software engineering experience (frontend, backend and infrastructure)
Experience using JavaScript and the Google Cloud ecosystem to build products
Experience building consumer products from concept to launch
Experience with version control systems and SQL or similar programming language
